No data: the connection is missing the analytics permission.
Every number shows its source.
- The metric, in the network's termsNamed as the network names it. A view on one network isn't renamed to match another.
- The value, as reportedShown unchanged. Trabbly doesn't adjust, blend or estimate it.

No data
Missing permission: reconnect and allow analytics access.
No blended totals. No guesses.
Reasons an account can show no data
- Missing permission
- Awaiting platform approval
- Not supported by the network
- Account disconnected
No cross-network totals
Networks count in different ways, so a view on one isn't a view on another. Trabbly shows them side by side and never adds them up into one score.
No estimates
If a network didn't report a number, Trabbly doesn't fill the gap with a guess, a model or an industry average.
Gaps are explained
When an account has no data, it says why in plain language, so you know whether to reconnect, wait or look elsewhere.
Access by role
Analytics are open to owners, admins, brand managers, strategists, publishers and analysts. Writers, designers and clients don't see them.
What's here today, and what's next.
Built
Brand and account views
Metrics per connected account, and per brand across its accounts, with networks kept separate.
Source and capture time
Every metric labelled with the network that reported it and when it was captured.
Reasons for missing data
Accounts without data say why, for example a missing permission.
Role-based access
Only roles with analytics access can see results.
Rolling out
Metric collection from the networks
Reading metrics from each connected network is rolling out network by network. Until it reaches a network, its accounts show no data rather than an estimate.
Analytics support for each network, and what it needs from the network first, is listed on the integrations page.
