How the team works it

Nothing answered twice. Nothing missed.

Each conversation has one owner and a clear state, so the team can see what is waiting, who has it and what is done.
  • Arrives in minutes

New comments are collected every few minutes, and sooner where the platform tells Trabbly straight away.

  • One owner

Assign a conversation to a teammate. They're notified in the app and by email.

  • Notes stay inside

Leave context for the team on the conversation. Notes are never posted.

  • Reply, then done

Replies go out through the platform's official API, recorded with who sent them. Mark it done when it's handled.

Roles and plans

The right people answer.

Brand roles decide who can read the inbox, who can reply and who can hide or delete a comment. Clients never see it.
Growth and Enterprise

The inbox is part of the Growth and Enterprise plans, in beta. Starter workspaces can add it by moving to Growth.
