Client workspaces

One workspace per client.

Each client's accounts, calendar, media, approval rule and results live in their own brand workspace, and people only reach the brands you give them.
  • Separate by designAccounts, drafts, media, approvals and results belong to one client. A social account can only be connected to one brand.
  • Permissions per brandThe same person can be a brand manager for one client, a writer for another and have no access to a third.
  • Isolated at the databaseEvery action is checked on the server, and your organisation's data is kept apart from every other organisation's.

Client portal

Clients see their posts. Only theirs.

Clients review in a separate portal. They never see your workspace or your other clients, and they don't count as team members.

No other clients, no internal workspace. Just the posts sent to this reviewer.

  • Only their own postsClients see the content sent to them for review, never other clients or your agency workspace.
  • Tied to the exact versionA client's decision applies to the caption, format, account and media they saw. Any later edit goes back for review.
  • Changes come with a noteRequesting changes needs a note, so your team knows exactly what to fix.
  • Not a team seatClient reviewers don't count as team members.
Approval rules

Sign-off that fits each client.

Internal review always comes first. Turn on client approval for the brands that need it, and leave it off for the ones that don't.
  • Set per brand

Each client's workspace has its own rule, changed in its settings.

  • Per network version

Each network's version is approved on its own, by your team and then the client.

  • Edits reset approval

Any change creates a new version and sends it back to review. Decisions on an old version are refused.

  • Only approved content goes out

Publishing stays locked until every required approval is in.

Fitness requires internal review, then client approval. Café requires internal review only.

Approval unlocks publishing. A network can still refuse a post, and it then shows as Failed with the reason.

Client onboarding

From new client to first post.

What bringing a new client into Trabbly looks like, step by step.
  1. Step 1: Create the client's workspace

Add a brand for the client. It gets its own accounts, calendar, media library and results.

  2. Step 2: Set the approval rule

Choose whether posts need the client's approval after your internal review.

  3. Step 3: Connect their accounts

Someone with access to the client's Pages and accounts signs in with each network and picks the ones to connect to this brand.

  4. Step 4: Give your team roles

Add the people who'll work on this client and choose each person's role on this brand.

  5. Step 5: Invite the client reviewer

The invitation carries your agency's name, logo and colour, and leads to the client portal only.

  6. Step 6: Publish the first post

Draft, review internally, send for client approval, then publish. Scheduling for each network opens after its first post is published and confirmed.

  • No blended totals

Nothing is added up across networks or estimated.
