Terms of service

The agreement between you and us when you use Trabbly Social, in plain language.

Last updated 1 October 2026 · Trabbly Technologies Pvt Ltd, 662, JMD Megapolis, Sohna Road, Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana, India

1.About these terms

These terms are an agreement between Trabbly Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") and the organisation that opens a Trabbly Social account ("you"). They cover your use of the Trabbly Social website and app. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you're accepting for a company, you confirm you're allowed to do so.

2.Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • Keep sign-in details private. You're responsible for what happens under your organisation's accounts, including the people you invite and the roles you give them.
  • Tell us promptly if you think an account has been used without permission.
  • Trabbly Social is for business use by people aged 18 or over.

3.Plans and payment

The plans, what each includes and current prices are shown on the Plans page. Enterprise plans are agreed with you in writing.

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Each plan has limits, such as brands, connected accounts and team members. Add-ons are charged at the prices shown when you add them.
  • Prices exclude taxes, such as GST or VAT, unless we say otherwise.
  • You can cancel at any time; your plan continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Except where the law requires it, payments already made aren't refunded.
  • If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you in advance and the new price applies from your next renewal.
  • If a payment fails we may limit or suspend the account until it's settled.

4.Your content

You keep all rights to the posts, media and other content you put into Trabbly Social. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you, for example sending a post to the networks you choose at the time you schedule.

You're responsible for your content: that you have the rights to use it, that it's lawful, and that it follows the rules of each network you publish to.

5.Social networks and other services

Trabbly Social connects to social networks through their official sign-in and APIs. Each network decides what its API allows, and can change or withdraw it. Because of that:

  • what you can connect, publish or measure differs by network and can change. The Integrations page shows what's available now;
  • a network may refuse or remove a post, limit an account or require you to sign in again. We'll show you what the network told us, but we can't override it;
  • your use of each network is also governed by that network's own terms.

Features marked Beta or Planned are provided as they are, and may change or not be released.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or any network's rules, or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringes someone else's rights;
  • send spam, or automate activity in ways a network doesn't allow;
  • try to access another organisation's data, probe or disrupt the service, or get round its limits;
  • resell the service or build a competing product from it, except where your plan allows you to offer it to your own clients.

We may suspend an account that puts the service, other customers or a network connection at risk. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you the chance to fix it.

7.People you invite

You decide who joins your workspace, including client reviewers, and what each can see and do. You're responsible for having the right to share their details with us, and for their use of the service.

8.The service

We work to keep Trabbly Social available and reliable, and we improve it regularly, which means features can change. We'll give reasonable notice before removing something significant that you rely on.

Scheduled publishing depends on the networks and other services outside our control. Trabbly Social tells you when a post is published, fails or its outcome is unknown, so always check anything time-critical.

The software, design and brand of Trabbly Social belong to us. These terms give you a right to use the service while your account is active, and nothing more.

9.Privacy and data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. For personal information you put into your workspace, you are the controller and we process it on your instructions, to provide the service, with appropriate security.

10.Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We can end this agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or with reasonable notice if we stop offering the service.

After an account closes you lose access to the workspace. Export anything you need first. We then delete the content as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we don't give other warranties about it.

  • We aren't responsible for losses caused by a social network or other third-party service, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or indirect losses.
  • Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12.General

  • We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell account owners in advance; continuing to use the service after it takes effect means you accept it.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, unless the law where you are gives you rights that can't be excluded.
  • If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • Questions about these terms: support@trabbly.com.
